— Phihong, a global leader in power solutions, has developed a 2.75W adapter that is the smallest low-cost USB charger available, at just 2.29 by 1.69 by .83 inches. The PSM03A is compliant with the new, more stringent ENERGY STAR® External
Power Supply (EPS) Version 2.0 requirement as well as the United States’ Federal Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (EISA) and the 5-Star Standby Power standard. The USB
charger’s small size makes it ideal for wireless communications, peripherals, networking, and portable and mobile equipment.

Designed with applications such as MP3 players, PDAs, digital cameras and mobile phones in mind, the PSM03A provides a fully regulated 5VDC output and a maximum no-load power
consumption of < 0.03 watts.
The charger features short-circuit protection, over-current protection, and over-voltage protection, and is rated to operate between 0o and 45o C and between 10% and 90%
humidity. Additionally, the adapter bears cUL/UL safety approvals.
The PSM03A USB charger measures 2.29 inches in length by 1.69 inches in width by 0.83 inches in height and weighs 3 ounces.
