PHIHONG'S PSA45U-201 ADAPTER DELIVERS DUAL OUTPUTS
Fremont, CA (May 13, 2002) - Providing designers with complete adapter power supply solutions, Phihong provides its PSA45U-201 adapter switching
power supply for dual outputs, offering up to 38W of power. The adapter's compact size measures 5.51" x 1.58", with volume at 21.6 cubic inches and
weighs 0.38Kgs (0.84 pounds). Featuring reliability and stability, the adapter delivers universal AC input and worldwide EMC compliance.
The PSA45U's dual output delivers +5V output for logic control and +12V
output for motors, disk drives, tape drives, customer premise equipment and external peripherals. Overall, the PSA45U adapter is designed for use in microcomputers, instruments, desktop peripherals and test equipment.

Designed and built to Phihong's engineering and quality standards, the PSA45U adapter has active overvoltage protection at 6.5V maximum. Its
overcurrent protection offers a short circuit auto restart feature and provides minimum hold-up time of 12ms at maximum load and 120VAC.
The PSA45U adapter's operating temperature ranges from 0°C to 40°C and
between -25°C to +85°C during non-operation. With efficiency at 70 percent during a typical maximum load and 120VAC, the PSA45U adapter's input
delivers 90 to 264 VAC and frequency at 47Hz to 63Hz. Leakage current for the power supply is 3.5mA maximum.
Safety approvals include UL1950 3rd edition, CE (LVD and EMC), cUL, CB
and TUV IEC950 (EN60950). Phihong can get the adapters approved to nearly any commercial Safety Agency requirement worldwide for OEM
