Phihong USA Announces 65 Watt
Open Frame Network-Optimized Switchers 
Fremont, California, January 4, 2001 --- Phihong USA announces two open frame switchers specifically designed for newer networking
applications. These 65 watt triple-output power supplies feature two low-voltage outputs in addition to the +12V output. The PSA-65-315 model delivers +3.3V, +5V and +12V outputs,
while the PSA-65-318 model provides +1.8V, +3.3V and +12V outputs. The low voltage outputs on each model are rated at 12A, and feature synchronous rectification for improved
efficiency and low power dissipation.
All outputs are fully regulated and short-circuit protected. These models will have UL, CSA and TUV safety certification. They also meet IEC1000-4-5 level 3 (surge immunity
), IEC1000-4-2,3 & 4 level 2 (noise immunity) and EN55022B (emissions), conforming to the applicable directives required for the CE Mark. Universal input allows operation throughout the world.
These compact power supplies measure just 3" x 5" and have a low 1" overall
component height. They fit many computer and networking applications and are ideal for routers, switches, peripherals and instruments.
